Asset Liquidation

We have over 30 years of experience in liquidating assets of a broad range. Whether you are downsizing or need to liquidate your entire operation we can handle it for you.

Estates:

Have an estate of a loved one that you need to liquidate? Are you downsizing and moving to another location? We offer both live and online auctions to suit your needs. You are able to be involved as little or as much as you wish. Many executors hand us the keys and say “Send me the check.”

Industrial Assets:

Whether you are closing a plant, eliminating a division, downsizing, or just upgrading your equipment Coastal Auction Group can liquidate these assets for you. Some of our past customers include:

  • Tennessee Fabrication
  • Dyna Steel
  • Allen Steel
  • Industrial Conveyor Corporation
  • Holland Sign
  • Whit Marble
  • Hill Construction
  • Highland Systems
  • United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Tennessee

Commercial Assets:

If your inventory has outgrown your space or you need to liquidate your entire business, Coastal Auction Group is the one to call. If time is of the essence, no matter how large the job, we can have your assets sold in one day as we did for Harrah’s Casino of Tunica. They had over 45,000 items in excess inventory that needed to be sold. They could only designate the venue to be used for one day and we were able to get the job done. Some of our other customers include:

  • Wurzburg Packaging Corporation
  • Memphis Motorsports Park
  • Sprint Electric
  • Cooper Moving & Storage
  • Bartlett Landscape
  • C & T Landscape

  • Shelby County Government

  • West Tennessee Bankruptcy Trustees Ed Montedonico, Bettye Bedwell, Lynda Teems

When you hire Coastal Auction Group; we come in and make a complete inventory listing. We photograph all necessary items. Our in-house marketing team then lays out, produces, and places all the necessary advertising. Your items are then staged to bring out the best visibility and flow to the auction.

An open house or inspection is held prior to the auction and staffed by our team members. The day of the auction our team is there to sign in bidders, call and catch bids, clerk the sale, collect the proceeds, and oversee load out. Within the next two weeks you will receive a check and a full auction report with the amount each item brought. This whole process as described generally takes four to six weeks. (If this time frame does not suit your needs please contact us as other arrangements can be made.)

The Auction Method, when marketed correctly, will produce the True Market Value for your items on that day.
